Insurance & Billing

All insurance plans are different, however, we will work with you to obtain your estimated benefits and preauthorizations needed for treatment. Dependent upon your insurance, you may be required to pay a deposit towards your visit and/or surgery.

Co-payments and deductibles are required to be paid at the time of your visit.  Our insurance staff will be happy to provide you with an estimate.  You may reach our insurance and billing staff at (757) 496-7519.

For patients without health insurance, we do require a portion of payment at the time of visit and we can development a payment plan within your budget.
